How to play:
Predictions for each match MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to kick-off.
An exact match score (and result) is worth 50 points.
A correct result (win, draw or defeat) is worth 20 points.
All incorrect outcomes reward 0 points.
You can only receive one 'score' per match upon each correct shot (either 50 points or 20; not both).
I.E. I predicted New Zealand to beat Norway 1-0. This was an exact match and therefore I would receive 50 points. I predicted Australia to beat Ireland 3-1; my result being correct but the score incorrect, so would receive 20 points.
I'm 'Papping' on 70 points so far.
There are a possible 3200 points available (from 64 World Cup games). My aim is to get over 1000.
Tremendous family fun, especially when incentivized with prizes (for highest score etc) and forfeits (for lower or no-scores). Develop further with adjunctive rules and spawn more opportunities to score points, like guessing how many penalties will be awarded per game or how many times VAR will be used. Start Papping today! Much cheaper than Fifa or a board game!
